Thank you for choosing Jada Brows. Please review the following policies for Luxury Brows & Permanent Makeup by Jada before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies outlined below.

Booking Policy

At Jada Brows, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Booking Requirements

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

  • The booking deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

  • Existing clients booking a touch-up must select the appropriate touch-up service.

  • New clients must book an Initial Treatment.

  • If you have previously received permanent makeup from another artist, please contact us before booking so we can determine whether you are a suitable candidate.

 

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the booking deposit may be forfeited if there is insufficient time to complete the treatment.

Deposit Policy

A booking deposit is required for all appointments.

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • The remaining balance may be paid online or in person on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when 48 hours' notice is provided.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the booking deposit.

​

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will lose their booking deposit.

Future appointments may require payment of a new deposit.

Jada Brows respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Aftercare Disclaimer

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving the best healed results.

Failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions may affect pigment retention, healing, color, and the overall appearance of your treatment.

Jada Brows cannot be held responsible for pigment loss, uneven healing, or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Medical Disclaimer

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, or skin conditions before their appointment.

Jada Brows reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment if the procedure is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Results Disclaimer

Every client's skin and healing process are unique.

Factors including skin type, age, medications, skincare products, sun exposure, smoking, lifestyle, and individual healing can all influence pigment retention and final results.

Because of these variables, healed results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Jada Brows, you agree to the following terms.

Appointment Duration

Depending on the selected treatment, treatments typically last between 1.5 and 3 hours.

​

Healing Process

Healing generally takes 5–7 days with minimal scabbing.

Final healed results typically soften by approximately 20–30%, creating a more natural appearance.

​

Longevity

Results generally last 1–3 years, depending on:

  • Skin type

  • Lifestyle

  • Skincare routine

  • Sun exposure

  • Aftercare

  • Individual healing

 

Touch-Ups & Maintenance

  • A perfecting touch-up is recommended 6–12 weeks after your initial treatment.

  • Touch-up appointments are not included in the initial treatment price.

  • Annual maintenance appointments are recommended to maintain color and definition.

 

Existing Permanent Makeup

If you have permanent makeup performed by another artist, you must contact Jada Brows before booking.

Every case is assessed individually, and acceptance for treatment cannot be guaranteed.

Individual Results

Every client heals differently.

Results vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, medications, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

For this reason, healed results cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Refuse Service

Jada Brows reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is determined that the procedure is unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
